In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

2. Personal data will be processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which contact for business purposes, responses to inquiries, offers, marketing of the Administrator's products and services or determination, investigation or defense against claims.
3. Providing data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for communication or business cooperation.
4. Personal data will be stored until the matters related to the contact are completed or until the contract or related claims expire.
5. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area).
6. Personal data may be transferred to the following recipients:
• entities providing services to the Blackbear Accounting AS (i.e. IT and technical support services, archiving, digitization and destruction of documents, financial services, consulting and legal services such as ServerSky AS, Domeneshop AS, Squarespace Ltd), which process data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and only in accordance with his instructions
• independent external service providers, suppliers, partners who are separate administrators (including postal and operational services or financial and insurance services),
• state authorities, when it results from applicable law.
7. You have the right to access to the content of your data, request for rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing, objecting to the processing of personal data and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
